Job Summary
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the fundamentals of HR processes, documentation management, and HR data reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Maintain and organize employee documentation and records
Scan, update, and manage employee files and HR documents
Assist in preparing and updating MIS dashboards and HR trackers
Support HR data management and report generation
Help maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record keeping
Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of Human Resources processes
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
Good organizational and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
Eligibility
Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Available for immediate joining
