Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Data, and Product roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and boolean search
Screen for technical fit and cultural alignment
Ensure smooth candidate experience till offer closure
Maintain strong pipelines and fast TAT hiring
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and negotiations
Track hiring metrics
