Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage new employee inductions to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Oversee employee management, including attendance, leave tracking, and performance records.
- Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain and update HR policies in line with company objectives and legal requirements. Address employee queries, grievances, and provide HR support across departments.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and implement hiring strategies.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Support in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
