Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across tech, non-tech, operations, and leadership roles.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Drive sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and direct outreach.
- Manage interview coordination, candidate experience, offers, negotiations, and closures.
- Own the employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, role changes, exits, and offboarding.
- Draft and manage offer letters, contracts, amendments, and HR documentation.
- Maintain HRIS, employee records, and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, variable pay, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Drive performance management cycles, appraisals, and feedback.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and policy clarifications.
