Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support HRMS implementation activities (Keka)
- Work with employee data, reports, and documentation
- Assist in data validation, cleanup, and migration activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for information gathering and follow-ups
- Help maintain HR records and trackers
- Support process documentation and SOP creation
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and campaigns
- Support internal communication activities and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate content for social media, newsletters, and employee stories
- Support event coordination and culture initiatives
- Assist in basic research, presentations, and communication drafts
