Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Post job openings across job portals, apps, and websites such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Apna.
• Screen incoming CVs and resumes based on role requirements.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain trackers for open roles, applicants, interview stages, and hiring status.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including updates, follow-ups, and closures.
