Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support performance management processes across teams.
- Drive and contribute to HRBP initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day assistance in HR operations.
- Assist in drafting and implementing policies and internal communications.
- Manage HRMS administration and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the administration and tracking of goals and KPIs on the HRMS tool.
- Assist in managing and administering the appraisal review cycle.
