Human Resources (HR) Internship in Secunderabad, Hyderabad

As a Human Resources Associate/Intern at Storytech, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring the success of our team. You must have strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, as well as experience with MS Office, business analysis, market analysis, talent management, recruitment, and MS Word.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support talent management initiatives by helping to develop training programs and performance management systems.
• Conduct market analysis to help identify trends and inform HR strategies.
• Collaborate with the HR team on business analysis projects to improve organizational efficiency.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Utilize MS Office tools to create reports and presentations for HR leadership.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and coordinating meetings and events.
