Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Intern who can manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an ownership mindset, and experience working in an IT/tech environment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

  • Talent Acquisition & Hiring:
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, consultancies, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule technical interviews.
  • Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining closures.
  • Maintain a recruitment tracker and share weekly hiring status reports.
  • Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:
  • Manage joining formalities, documentation, and employee verification.
  • Conduct induction sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for access, systems, and workspace setup.
  • Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRMS updates.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and employee queries on HR policies.
  • Draft and issue HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, etc.).
  • Support day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Payroll & Compliance Support:
  • Provide monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, LOP, new joiners, etc.).
  • Support PF/ESI documentation and statutory compliance processes.
  • Assist in audits and HR compliance documentation as required.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Coordinate engagement initiatives (birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations).
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support management in retention activities and culture building.
  • Performance Management Support:
  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
  • Coordinate review meetings and follow-up action points.
  • Support training needs identification and employee development initiatives.
