Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle under guidance
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Prepare And Post Job Descriptions Across Portals
Maintain and update candidate data in the HR system
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and dashboards
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation
Support HR record maintenance and database updates
Help coordinate internal HR activities and processes
Work with the HR team on routine tasks and employee lifecycle activities
