Human Resources (HR) Internship in Pune (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, candidate calling, shortlisting and maintaining candidate records.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer-letter communication, document collection and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records using MS Excel and Google Sheets, and support hiring reports and data tracking.Assist in preparing JDs, screening scripts, LinkedIn hiring posts and candidate communication templates.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day Talent Acquisition and HR Operations activities, including induction and other HR coordination tasks.
