- Posting job openings on different hiring portals and social media platforms
- Screening resumes as per the job requirements
- Maintaining candidate databases and updating trackers regularly
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Following up with candidates for interview availability and updates
- Sharing interview feedback and maintaining proper records
- Supporting in sourcing profiles through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Supporting employee engagement activities and events
- Preparing basic reports and HR trackers
- Assisting the HR team in daily operational activities
- Ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth coordination with candidates and employees
