- Assisting in building recruitment systems.
- Supporting HR operations.
- Managing employee onboarding processes.

- Supporting hiring pipelines.
- Assisting in performance tracking.
- Supporting employee engagement activities.
- Managing internal communication processes.
- Assisting with HR documentation.
- Supporting team culture initiatives.
- Playing a key role in building the company's internal people systems as the organization scales.
