Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Support employee onboarding processes by preparing documentation and coordinating training sessions.
- Utilize MS Excel to organize and analyze HR data, creating reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling confidential information and maintaining records.
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the overall success of the department.
