About The Role

The Wellness Shop is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team. This internship is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other relevant channels
• Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate and recruitment data using Excel and MIS trackers
• Supporting the onboarding and documentation process for new hires
• Assisting with employee engagement activities and HR administrative tasks
• Preparing HR reports and maintaining recruitment trackers
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team with day-to-day activities
