Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, and candidate coordination.
- Schedule interviews and assist in managing interview processes and follow-ups.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain employee joining documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with attendance management and payroll-related administrative tasks.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, workplace activities, and internal communication.
- Prepare HR documents, reports, letters, and other administrative records.
- Coordinate with candidates and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development activities.
- Support daily HR operations while ensuring adherence to HR policies and workplace procedures.
