Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
Screen resumes as per job requirements
Shortlist and share suitable profiles with the team
Coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm interview slots
Follow up with candidates for interview status
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Update interview feedback and hiring status
Assist with offer documentation and communication
Support onboarding coordination for new joiners
