Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Screening and shortlisting candidate profiles
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews and Conducting initial HR screening rounds
- Posting job openings on portals and social platforms and Maintaining candidate database and recruitment records
- Following up with candidates regarding interview status and joining and Managing offer letter and onboarding process
