Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and assist in day-to-day recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HR operations, and office management activities. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn core HR functions and gain practical experience in a professional environment.
The internship will initially be for 46 months, with an opportunity for a full-time role based on performance and contribution during the internship period.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain applicant tracking sheets and recruitment status reports.
Support the end-to-end hiring process for interns and full-time employees.
Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and collect necessary documentation.
Assist in planning and conducting new hire induction sessions.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.
Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
Payroll & Attendance
Support attendance management and leave tracking.
Assist in payroll data collection and verification.
Coordinate with the accounts department for salary processing.
Address employee queries related to payslips, attendance, and leave.
Daily HR Operations & Office Management
Handle daily administrative and HR operational tasks.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility-related needs.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Ensure smooth office functioning and a positive workplace environment.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain HR databases and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Draft HR letters, memos, and support documentation for audits.
Assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements
English and Telugu Mandatory
Hindi Preferred (an Added Advantage)
