Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in resume screening to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless process
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Negotiate job offers with candidates to secure top talent for SolarSquare
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
