Human Resources (HR) Internship in Gurgaon

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution and addressing employee questions and concerns.
• Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Support the HR team with organizing and executing employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
