Onboarding & HR Operations
- Assist in onboarding and exit processes by maintaining employee documentation, updating records on HRMS, and supporting employee lifecycle
- Facilitate smooth new joiner onboarding, access setup, documentation flow, and exit formalities
- Support the preparation and management of employee documents & letters
- Maintain HR data and operational records, support report preparation, and assist the HR team in day-to-day tasks
HR Engagement
- Support HR engagement initiatives, including employee activities, team events, and culture-building programs
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement - team activities, and internal campaigns
- Coordinate with teams to ensure participation and smooth execution of HR engagement activities
- Support internal communication initiatives related to employee engagement and HR updates
Recruitment Support
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination aligned with business hiring requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Communicate proactively with candidates regarding interview schedules, process updates, and documentation requirements
