Responsibilities
- Manage the complete life cycle of recruitment.
- Source candidates through Job Portals like Naukri, Internshala, and Social Media
Platforms.
- Screen the candidates based on Educational Qualification, Communication skill and experience.
- Schedule and track the shortlisted candidates for the interview.
- Meet the targets as per the recruitment plan.
- Maintain the database, MIS and reports of the candidates.
- Must be involved in the joining process of the employee onboarding, documentation, and the post joining activities.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on regular basis and conduct employee engagement activities.
