We are looking for an HR Intern for our HR Operations team who genuinely cares
about people, culture, and building a great workplace experience. If you have a
background in HR & Marketing, and you enjoy organizing, communicating, and
bringing a creative spark to everything you do we would love to have you in our
team!
Key Responsibility
- Support HR team in day-to-day operations including onboarding,
documentation, and data management across various employee lifecycle
processes.
- Assist with attendance and leave management
- Coordinate with respective stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data
flow.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to ideate and design culture and
communication initiatives using tools like Canva and other creative platforms.
Basic Qualification
- Completed Graduation/MBA in HR & Marketing (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with MS Office tools and Creative Tools.
- Creative thinker who enjoys both people and process work.
