Key Responsibilities
- Lead in recruitment processes, including posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboard new employees, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
- Utilize MS-Excel to maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensuring accuracy in calculations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Communicate effectively with employees and managers to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
