Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (JD creation, posting, screening, shortlisting).
  • Manage onboarding and documentation of interns, faculty, and staff.
  • Coordinate with content teams, marketing teams, and teaching departments.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and performance tracking sheets.
  • Draft HR letters, offer letters, warning notices, SOPs, etc.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews for the founder and managers.
  • Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.
