Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support recruitment activities and candidate coordination
- Assist in learning initiatives, employee engagement & culture efforts
- Handle onboarding, exit formalities, and core HR operations
- Work on documentation, data management, and process improvements
- Explore and propose tech-based enhancements for HR workflows
Who should apply
- Full-time availability for at least 3 months
- Strong tech adaptability and willingness to innovate
- Confident communicator with the ability to voice ideas
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and solving problems independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Prior HR internship experience (preferred)
- Candidates from Delhi/NCR (preferred)
