HR Intern – Regional HR | Third Wave Coffee:
- Support recruitment through sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
- Manage onboarding formalities, documentation and induction coordination.
- Create employee codes and ensure timely HRMS updates for new joiners.
- Maintain accurate employee master data and HR records.
- Track joiners, exits, transfers and manpower movements.
- Prepare HR MIS, recruitment and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and Regional teams on HR requirements.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
