Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Publish job advertisements on professional sites, job boards, and social media platforms
- Contribute to candidate sourcing activities
- Support teams in screening resumes
- Conduct initial phone screenings of candidates
- Arrange and coordinate calls and interviews
- Manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates
- Maintain prompt communication with candidates and provide assistance during interviews
- Utilize recruiting software to track open positions
- Send out bulk emails, such as confirming receipt of applications and rejection notifications
