Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support onboarding activities, job posting, and HR documentation while contributing to recruitment strategies and team discussions.
