Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Develop and implement training programs to onboard new employees and enhance existing skills.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized programs.
• Conduct training sessions on topics such as customer service, sales techniques, and leadership development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to continuously improve programs.
• Assist in creating training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and online modules.
