- Assisting end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews, following up with candidates).
- Supporting HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, and maintaining databases.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and prepare HR-related reports.
- Assisting employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Working closely and coordinate with HR team across different offices for day-to-day tasks.
- Interacting with different departments to assess and communicate employee needs.
