Human Resources (HR) Executive / Manager

About Us:

We are an injection moulding company based in the Bawana Industrial Area, specializing in high-quality cosmetic packaging. We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our team and help us build a strong, skilled workforce.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the plastics and injection moulding industry. You will take ownership of our talent acquisition process, particularly for factory-floor roles, and manage day-to-day HR operations. If you are an active go-getter with a strong grasp of technical manufacturing roles and excellent interpersonal skills, you would be an appropriate fit for us.

Key Responsibilities:

Targeted Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire candidates for critical roles, including Injection Moulding Operators, Helpers, and other technical floor staff.
Requirement Analysis: Understand the in-depth technical skills and expertise required for various roles within an injection moulding setup.
Negotiation & Hiring: Conduct interviews, discuss terms, and effectively negotiate salary packages with potential candidates.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring excellent human dealing and maintaining a positive work environment on the factory floor.
HR Operations: Manage job postings across multiple platforms, maintain employee records, track daily attendance, and ensure basic workplace compliance.
Proactive Engagement: Stay highly active on the factory floor to monitor staff morale, resolve conflicts, and minimize worker turnover.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Primary Degree: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Arts (BA), or a related field.

Postgraduate / Specialization (Preferred): An MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDM-HR).

Alternative Technical Background: A Bachelor's or Diploma in Industrial Relations, Social Work (MSW), or Labor Law/Welfare is also highly suitable given the heavy focus on factory-floor employee relations, grievance handling, and local labor management in an industrial area like Bawana.

Experience:

At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably (Not mandatory)within a manufacturing, factory, or injection moulding environment.
Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the job profiles, skill sets, and typical salary structures of operators and helpers in the plastic/moulding industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact clearly and respectfully with both management and floor workers.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, high energy, and empathy.
