Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires across locations.
- Releasing offers, ensuring documentation for onboarding.
- Organize and facilitate soft skills and behavioural training sessions to enhance employee effectiveness.
- Support in Learning & Development initiatives training need analysis, scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining records.
- Create, circulate, and analyse employee engagement and training feedback surveys using online tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, MS Forms).
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Maintain onboarding and training MIS reports and prepare periodic dashboards for management review.
- Assist in designing and updating induction materials, training content, and employee communication.
- Actively contribute to building a positive and engaging work culture through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
