Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance and HR documentation management
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Build employee engagement and retention strategies
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for workflow and resource allocation
- Ensure SOP adherence, discipline, and productivity
- Support process implementation and operational efficiency
- Assist in organizational growth planning and workforce scaling
- Support multi-location expansion, office setup, and staffing
- Participate in strategic discussions and execution planning
- Convert management decisions into actionable plans
- Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by leadership
- Track task progress and ensure closure
- Identify gaps and drive process improvements
