Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
Build a talent pipeline for R&D, drone, and electronics roles
Maintain employee records and documentation
Handle onboarding and exit formalities
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Organize team-building activities and events
Address employee concerns and maintain a healthy work culture
Support performance review processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Draft and implement HR policies
Maintain statutory records and documentation
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs
Support technical and non-technical training initiatives
