Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and rewards & recognition programs.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, promotion letters, appraisal letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team.
  • Social Media Management
  • Create and manage content related to company culture, employee engagement activities, events, hiring campaigns, achievements, and organizational updates.
  • Maintain the organization's presence across relevant social and digital platforms.
  • Track basic social media performance metrics.
