Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR operations for the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate and maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR MIS reports.
- Maintain compliance with all labour laws, PF/ESIC, Factories Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct at the plant level.
- Monitor employee engagement initiatives, grievance redressal, and team-building activities.
- Promote a safe work environment by working closely with EHS and operations teams.
