Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews with candidates and internal teams
Coordinate the hiring process from interview to offer letter
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Employee Onboarding and Exit
Conduct employee onboarding and induction
Collect and verify employee documents
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
Handle resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlement coordination
Ensure the return of company assets during the exit process
- Attendance and Payroll Support
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing
Track employee late coming, absenteeism, and leave balances
Support in preparing salary revision and increment letters
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Update the employee database regularly
Ensure company policies are followed properly
Support in drafting HR letters, warning letters, and notices
Assist in employee engagement activities and events
Address employee concerns and basic grievances
Support managers in handling team-related HR issues
Help maintain a positive work environment
Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys
