Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Maintain employee records and personal files
Conduct induction and orientation programs
Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team
Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
Handle employee queries related to salary and benefits
- HR Compliance & Documentation
Maintain statutory registers and records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support audits and inspections
Update HR policies as required
Maintain and update HRIS/HRMS systems
Generate HR reports and dashboards
Monitor employee data accuracy
- Employee Engagement & Support
Address employee grievances and queries
Support engagement activities and events
Coordinate performance management cycles
