Responsibilities
As an HR Associate at EDU TANTR, you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic team and fostering a positive work environment. We are looking for someone who is proficient in MS Office and Excel, with excellent English speaking skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing team members.
- Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assisting with performance management processes, including tracking employee goals and providing support to managers in conducting performance reviews.
- Providing support for employee training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.
- Assisting with HR compliance activities, including ensuring that company policies and procedures are consistently applied.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed to contribute to the overall success of the HR department and the organization.
