Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and the ability to work effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of collaboration and respect.
3. Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance-related issues.
- Facilitate employee development programs and training sessions to enhance skills and career growth.
4. Benefits and Compensation:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation.
5. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
6. HR Administration:
- Manage HR systems and software for efficient HR operations.
- Conduct regular HR audits and prepare reports for management.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the Software Development industry.
3. Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
