Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Vadodara (Near Genda Circle)

Experience: 8-15 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions, including Performance Management (PMS), Employee Engagement, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations. The role requires a hands-on professional who can drive HR processes while ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, appraisals, and performance tracking
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
  • Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labour laws
  • Handle audits, documentation, and coordination with external agencies
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and HR operations
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns
  • Track HR metrics and provide insights to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR or related field
  • 5– years of experience in HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of PMS, labour laws, and HR operations
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
