Role & responsibilities:
● Recruitment & Staffing: Managing the hiring lifecycle, including posting jobs, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
● Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and managing disciplinary actions.
● Benefits & Payroll Administration: Coordinating compensation, benefits enrollment, leave management, and assisting with payroll processing.
● Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to federal/state labor laws and updating internal company policies, procedures, and handbooks.
● Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews, training initiatives, and developmental planning.
● Records Management: Maintaining accurate personnel records, documentation, and data privacy
