Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct end to end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection internally and through recruitment agencies
• Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process (including email id and bank account creation)
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR information systems
• Organize employee events and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns or issues
• Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs
• Assist in the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
• Ensure compliance with employee regulations and law.
• Managing the Payroll software/attendance/ salary of the employees on a monthly basis. Provide monthly Salary slip to Employees
• Conduct exit formalities for relieving employees
• Facility Maintenance – Housekeeping, Security, Pantry Management, Stationery etc.
• Assist CEO in other admin related matters

• Facilitate communication between across all department for smooth functioning
• Handle employee engagement activities and grievance handling initiatives
