Hiring HR Generalist | Standard Alloys India Pvt. Ltd.

At Standard Alloys India, we believe that strong organisations are built on strong people practices. As we continue to grow, I'm looking to bring on board an experienced HR Generalist (56 years) who can drive end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing environment.

This role will play a key part in:

Managing recruitment & onboarding

Overseeing HR operations, leave management & compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.)

Driving HR MIS, documentation & reporting

Handling apprenticeship programs (NAPS/BOAT)

Leading employee engagement and culture-building initiatives

Partnering with leadership on workforce planning & organizational development

Managing employee relations and workplace concerns

We are looking for someone who brings a hands-on approach, a strong understanding of HR operations, and preferably experience in the manufacturing industry.
