The Role: HR Generalist (Manager Level):
We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead our people operations. This is a high-impact role requiring a balance of corporate HR strategy and hands-on management of our diverse field workforce. You will be the architect of our workplace culture, ensuring that our corporate and blue-collar teams are aligned, compliant, and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the HR department, overseeing the full employee lifecyclefrom strategic recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exits.
- Workforce Management: Manage high-volume, people-intensive operations, specifically focusing on blue-collar/field staff deployment, shift management, and attendance.
- Policy & Compliance: Design and implement robust SOPs. Ensure 100% statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, and Labor Law filings.
- Payroll & Compensation: Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administer competitive compensation and incentive structures.
- Data-Driven MIS: Maintain impeccable employee records and leverage Advanced Excel to provide leadership with actionable HR analytics and dashboards.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- Experienced Leader: 510 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team-handling role.
- Industry Expert: Prior experience in event management, facility management, or manpower-heavy industries is highly preferred.
- Compliance Savvy: Deep knowledge of Indian Labor Laws and statutory filings (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Tech Proficient: Expert-level skills in Advanced Excel (trackers, MIS, analytics).
- Educated: Master's degree in HR (MBA/MSW) or a related field.
- Dynamic Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential information with high discretion.
