Job Description

We are seeking a thoughtful and driven People & Talent Partner to help us professionalise our operations and secure our next phase of growth.

This is a mandate for a creator. You will not merely manage people; you will work alongside our Founders and Team Leads to create an environment where high-performance talent feels supported, challenged, and valued. Your work will directly influence the stability and maturity of our organisation in a competitive talent market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Take ownership of the hiring mandate for creative, performance, and technical roles. You will navigate the competitive Indian talent landscape to identify niche candidates who fit our ethos.
  • Quality over Quantity: Move beyond keyword matching. Screen candidates for cultural alignment and long-term potential, ensuring we bring in individuals who are looking for a career, not just a job change.
  • Employer Branding: Articulate our value proposition clearly on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, positioning us as a destination for serious professionals.

2. Onboarding & Integration

  • Structured Induction: Design an induction programme that goes beyond paperwork. You will immerse new joiners in our history, values, and expectations, ensuring they feel settled and part of the tribe from Day One.
  • Early Success: Partner with Reporting Managers to set clear goals for the probation period, ensuring new hires have the clarity and resources to succeed immediately.

3. HR Operations

  • Statutory & Payroll: Ensure flawless management of HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and accurate payroll inputs.
  • Policy Refinement: Help us document and refine our internal policiesfrom working hours to performance incentivesensuring they are fair, transparent, and documented.

4. Culture & Engagement

  • Trusted Advisory: Act as a steady, impartial resource for employees. You will handle grievances with maturity and help resolve conflicts before they escalate.
  • Holistic Engagement: Move beyond generic Fun Fridays. Drive meaningful engagement initiativesfrom mental wellness checks to professional upskillingthat genuinely motivate a high-performance team.

Your Profile Must Look Like

Academic Background

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Sociology etc.
  • Specialisation: An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute is strongly preferred.
  • We value the theoretical grounding in Organisational Behaviour and Indian Labor Laws that a postgraduate education provides.

Professional Attributes

  • Professional Experience: You have 23 years of experience and possess the composure to advise senior stakeholders. You are comfortable pushing back when necessary to protect the company's values.
  • Agency DNA: You understand the unique rhythm of the Indian agency ecosystemthe client pressures, the tight deadlinesand can build HR systems that bring calm to the chaos.
  • Strong Communication: You have excellent command over English (written and verbal). You can represent the brand with dignity to candidates and clients alike.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern HRIS tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter).
