Job Description

Senior HR Generalist / HRBP

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions while acting as a strategic HR Business Partner for PMF operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, utilization management, performance management, compliance, and stakeholder handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership of end-to-end HR operations for assigned business units and delivery teams.
  • Partner with leadership teams as a strategic HRBP to support business growth and people initiatives.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, retention, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Handle payroll coordination, payroll validation, attendance management, leave administration, and HR compliance activities.
  • Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Track and manage resource utilization, workforce planning, and employee allocation activities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on organizational planning and HR strategy execution.
  • Address employee grievances, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters effectively.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, processes, and governance across teams.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Delivery teams for seamless HR operations.
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, utilization trackers, and operational reports.
  • Support appraisal cycles, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards, policies, and organizational governance.
  • Manage HR audits, documentation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in HRBP and end-to-end HR Operations.
  • Hands-on exposure to payroll coordination and HR compliance processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Experience in employee engagement, workforce planning, and utilization management.
  • Good knowledge of HRMS tools and HR operational systems.
  • Ability to independently manage complete HR responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and performance management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates from IT Services, Media, Creative, Startup, or Consulting environments will be preferred. Experience working in fast-paced organizations and managing leadership stakeholders will be an added advantage.
