Human Resources Generalist

Job Role: HR Generalist.

Location: Aundh, Pune.

An HR executive is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation within an organisation.

Responsibilities

Handling employee relations, addressing grievances and discipline issues, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Maintaining accurate employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring privacy and compliance.

Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Familiarity with labour law, HRIS systems, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Assisting in performance management processes, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.

4+ years of experience in human resources (generalist, operation, compliance, or related HR roles) is commonly required.
